Amazing food. I ordered the bowl with extra spicy noodles and (new) katsu ($33 including tip). Bugis is basically self serve where you order at the front and find a table with a self serve water stand and to-go containers (if needed) and a very clean bathroom (which I always appreciate). The food was amazing!!!! Perfect level of spice. 10/10 would come back for lunch/dinner with friends.

Come hungry. Amazing food, big portions happy hour discount after 2PM. What more can you want? Highly recommend the rose cheese katsu.

My favorite place in U District by far. I think there's only one chef since he's always there when I go but he's AMAZING. Food quality is really good. It's also reasonably priced unlike most Seattle restaurants which tend to be far overpriced for extremely average food. This place probably has one of the best taste to cost ratios you can find in Seattle. I recommend the top sirloin and pork belly bowl.

Came here a couple times since I'm always in the area after class. They always have great portions and definitely worth it for the the price. My regular is the spicy pork bowl but their spicy rice cakes and other dishes are just as good. Would highly recommend eating in house then getting take out tho since I do think you get a bit less for take out but also plating isnt as pretty lol

I'm a fan and would definitely be down to come back for a second visit! Generous portions, reasonable prices, and spicy chicken that's _actually_ quite spicy. Could have been a bit less heavy handed with the sauce, but that's the only nitpick I'll make. Would love to try their rose cheese katsu next time since that dish seems pretty hype.

This is my new ABSOLUTE FAVORITE spot in U district!! I can't believe I had this place saved on my list for so long and never was able to give it a try until now. First off, the inside is so cute and has such ample seating. You place your order at a kiosk and then go sit down wherever you want and they bring the food to you when its ready. When we came around dinner time on a Friday night it wasn't too busy but there were still a good amount of people inside. We got the spicy chicken bowl on rice and the steak bowl with yakisoba noodles. Both were so delicious!! The spicy chicken was so tender and flavorful, and the sauce coated the chicken and rice so perfectly. My favorite part about this place though is that the bowls are HUMONGEOUS and so well balanced! It comes with not only the protein + rice, but also a side salad, pickled veggies, and even half a marinated egg! It was presented so beautifully and every single component tasted SO good. It also could easily last 2 meals for such a reasonable price. COME HERE!! You will not regret it :D
